Michel Baum, a graduate of ESCP Business School, began his professional career as a financial auditor at Arthur Andersen.
For several years, he has led Riverstream Consult, a structure that is particularly qualified in the management of interfaces between the Public and the Private sector due to more than 20 years of experience in public and private partnerships of all forms in the USA, Germany, France, Benelux, Poland and the Balkans.
Michel Baum constantly maintains his academic level as a Free Auditor of the EPPP Chair- Economics of Public and Private Partnerships of the IAE Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne – Sorbonne Business School led by Prof. S. Saussier.
He used to be also, as an honorary member of the Board of Directors of Union-ALFM, Association of alumni of the French Lycées du Monde and led the Strategic Committee.
He has recently partnered, in addition with his strategic and technical consulting activity, to Swiss School Consulting, a company led by Serge Gay, which has decided to expand on French education abroad from the basis of the reputation of excellence of the Swiss education system.
Swiss School Consulting benefits from Riverstream Consult’s technical strategy and corporate finance skills by coordinating them with the business model of the educational world.
Michel Baum is in charge, as Senior Advisor and Managing Partner of Swiss School Consulting France, to ensure the establishment of the French establishment of the firm.
