- Lemania Swiss Kids: We are developing a franchise on the African continent consisting of Kindergarten services company LEMANIA SWISS KIDS. We have the privilege of owning the exclusive right for the LEMANIA brand for specific areas around the world. We are partners with the Swiss Centre for Extra-Family and Extra-Family Childcare Skills and the Certification Body for the Development of Kindergartens.
- Swiss Banking School: As part of Swiss School Consulting we are developing a concept of Swiss banking professional training based on the excellence of Swiss banking competence and adapted to the needs of the different countries of the African continent. Through our value proposition, trained professionals benefit from the continuing education programs of the ISFB – Higher Institute of Banking Training.
- Ecolodge Martiz: We are developing an active retirement solution in Morocco in the Souss-el Massa region not far from Agadir by designing an Ecolodge of 25 to 40 riads of 250 m2 including 5 modular individual rooms. The aim is to organize a fairly homogeneous community, “a cohort”, aiming to settle outside France, in an economic environment at reasonable costs and not far from the family. The high quality and diversity service is guaranteed by a relevant real estate promotion: the shares of the company that owns the estate belong exclusively by the residents and they are part of the operating company of the site. Riverstream will be in operational management.
